In line with this, we are dedicated to improving the understanding and application of human factors/ergonomics to increase organisational performance and team well being.  Whether in design, operation, test, or maintenance, we believe that decisions, taken at the time, made sense in the local circumstances. At Systemic Factors Limited, we do ‘what it says on the tin’, help you focus on the ‘systemic factors‘ influencing how work is done and how decisions are made. Hence our company name!
