Honestly, I've been to some really cr*p training and I wouldn't give you any undeserved praise; this was good, well delivered, practical and experience-driven training. Many providers could learn a lot from you about how to use our precious time valuably. We are forced to sit through some stuff with proper blowhards sometimes and this was the total antidote to that. Effective Engagement Workshop
It was a lot of great information. As much as I'm not a fan of "interviewing" in front of other colleagues, it was a very helpful exercise and I appreciated that you played the parts making it easier to practice the interviewing. That was the first time I have had that experience in any training I've done, so thank you for providing it in that manner.

Bespoke Advanced Investigation Course
Having just attended a report writing course online a couple of weeks previously the thought of doing similar for two days online was not great! But this was the best online training i have ever attended. Lots of interaction and participation. Presenters were great with a perfect mix of health and 'not' health. A really well-structured course with useful content. I felt there was enough depth to the subject without being too much for people that are fairly new to investigations.
There was a good mix of presentations and group work and despite not liking roleplay, it was actually useful. Great to hear the views of others on the course and share learning.

In all honesty, I was not looking forward to being online and in class for training purposes for 3 days. From past experiences this type of training is usually very dry and difficult for me to stay focused. This course was the complete opposite. It was engaging and interesting all at the same time, excellent work by the instructor for keeping things interesting and keeping us all focused and engaged!
