Systemic Factors Limited offers coaching and mentoring services to individuals across the board. We work with a range of people from those in leadership and executive roles to individuals wishing to upskill or improve their systems-thinking capability. Alongside this, we work with people to help them get the best from their work life and their teams.
Our coaching and mentoring interventions help individuals and organisations to:
- Identify personal behavioural change that may increase their effectiveness
- Implement a programme of behaviour change
- Gain an understanding about their own personal strengths and weaknesses
- Develop personalised plans to build on strengths and develop in weaker areas
- Improve leadership of the local and/or executive team(s)
- Develop effective departmental and organisational strategy and underlying objectives
- Gain insight and assistance in understanding cultural traits of their organisation
- Gain understanding and development on how leadership skills can impact culture in a positive way
